JAYAPURA 12 DAYS 11 NIGHT ADVENTURE

DAY 01 : JAYAPURA ARRIVAL – CONNECTING TO WAMENA

Arrive at Sentani airport of Jayapura, meeting service afternoon catch 

flight to Wamena, arrive at Wamena, transfer to hotel for check in. the 

rest of the day will be your own program. (exclude meals)

Day 02 : WAMENA – KURIMA – KILISE (B,L,D)

Having Breakfast at hotel then by car an hour to Kurima district then 

start your trekking 3-4 hours to Kilise village. At noon you still have 

a chance to visit another Dani villages nearby of kilise. Lunch and 

dinner will be provided by your cook of Kilise vllages

Day 03 : KILISE – IBIROMA - WAMAREK (B,L,D)

After take a breakfast, continue our trek with all of our team to 

Wamarek village via Ibiroma with it is spectacular view and the highest 

points of our trek (1.800 m ) above sea level. Today our trek take 4 

hours Lunch will be serves at side of Tangma river and you can soak your 
aching bones in the river. Dinner and overnight stay at Dani local 

tradition house.

Day 04 : WAMAREK – WESAGALEP (B,L,D)

Today continue trekking altogether about 5 hours passing through 

suspension bridge then high-up to reach waterfall area where your cook 

and porters prepare simple lunch. After lunch continue trekking up to 

reach Wesagalep village for your overnight stay at School.

DAY 05 : WESAGALEP – WUSEREM (B,L,D)

Breakfast and hike up to small hill and enjoy the panorama, trek up and 

down for about 2,5 hours till you find river where your cook will 

preparation your lunch while you may swim. After lunch another an hour 

to Wuserem village where you will stay overnight. Afternoon joining with 
local people.

Day 06 : WUSEREM – SYOKOSIMO (B,L,D)

Having banana pancake for breakfast, and follows regular path down until 
Syokosimo cause today is easy trekking but the landscape is very 

beautiful and really marvelous we never boring stay in this area with it 
is wind blows very hard. Lunch will be served on the way, this trek will 
take 3 hours only. After lunch you can go to swim to Mugi river which the 
water no pollute at all. Dinner and overnight at Local traditional house.

Day 07 : SYOKOSIMO – HITUGI (B,L,D)

After breakfast, continue our tour about 4 hours to HIitugi village with 
pass traditional hanging bridge over Mugi river. Today you do not see Dani 
traditional house a long the way before you arrive in the village for Dinner 
and overnight stay at Head village house. Our trek today is just follows Mugi 
river side and pass some small jungle and Dani garden. Lunch will be make it 
side of Mugi river and you may soak your aching bones in the river again.

Day 08 : HITUGI – KURIMA - WAMENA (B,L,D)

After had breakfast, safari trekking with our team to Sogokmo about 4 

hours with moderate walk and you can enjoy spectacular view a long the 

way until Kurima and your cook serve your lunch. And visiting local 

market then by car driving to Wamena. o/n at hotel

Day 09: Explore Northern of Baliem Valley (DANI CEREMONIES OF PIG FEAST 

AND DANCE)

After having breakfast, drive to small villages in the north of Baliem 

Valley and join with Dani people, enjoy the traditional dance with earth 
cook on hot stones. This performance will be taken about 4 -5 hours, then 
continue to see another Dani villages. Afternoon drive back to hotel for 
accommodation and dinner (Exclude Lunch & Dinner)

DAY 10: WAMENA – JAYAPURA – TANAH MERAH (B,L,D)

Today flight back to Jayapura. Arrive at Jayapura, by car transfer to 

Depapre distrcit and take boat to Tanah merah beach. Here you may enjoy 

the good beach, swimming and relax. Gril fishes will be served for 

meals. Overnight at tent near beach.

DAY 11 : TANAH MERAH – JAYAPURA (B,L,D)

Half day explore around beach and return to hotel in Sentani area 

(Jayapura regency)

DAY 12: JAYAPURA – DEPARTURE (B)

After having breakfast, free at leisure until the time proceed to the 

airport for your next destinations.
